Terms and conditions

• Resolve Services Limited (trading as "ResolvePay") reserves the right to review these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time.

• Entry into this promotion is granted to customers who complete the ResolvePay survey by 28th July 2023.

• All entries will be subscribed to ResolvePay's database and may opt out via emailing info@resolvepay.co.nz

• Each entry is eligible to win a maximum of one of the Prezzy Cards.

• Only business emails will be accepted as valid

• In the event Prezzy Cards are unavailable, Resolve Services Limited reserves the right to send the winners the cash equivalent of the Prezzy Card.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes for any other reason. 

• Winners must agree to have their names publicly listed in ResolvePay and/or HRNZ's email marketing. Should they not agree to this publicity, their prize will be forfeited.

• Winners must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for the prize.

• Winners will be contacted via the email address they've provided when subscribing to this promotion. Should they not be contactable within 14 days of being notified of their prize, the prize will be forfeited.

• The prize draw will take place on 31st July 2023.

• Resolve Services Limited reserves the right to amend, withdraw or discontinue this promotion at any time.

• Resolve Services Limited's decisions on all matters relating to the prize draw shall be final and binding.
